RECAP: 170 guests came hungry and eager to watch hunky Chef Angelo Sosa work his magic by going Korean, with the usage of gochujang, a Korean bean paste as well as liquid nitrogen. We were impressed by both the savory and the sips, as we not only left full, but there also was a superfluous amount of Bibimbap sliders going around, voted ‘Best Burger in America’. Sponsored by the Korean government, generous goodie bags were handed out, including Taste of Korea DVDs, a tee, a metal spoon and chopstick set for 2, and even a box of Jinro Soju.
