The East Village’s Northern Spy Food Co. hosts their “Spring + Lamb = A Slambin’ Dinner” tonight. The ovine-focused, four-course menu includes dishes like lamb leg carpaccio, crispy lamb shoulder roulade, and seared lamb loin. Dinner is $50, plus $25 for person’s wine pairing or $45 for two.
